What are the approximate timings?

19:00 - 20:00 - Doors open and drinks reception (for tickets that incl. drinks reception)

20:00 - 22:30 - Seated gala Dinner & live streamed awards presentation

20:00 - 20:45 - Doors open for balcony-only ticket holders (please be seated by 20:45)

22:30 - 00:30 - After party with DJ and paid bar

Where can I find my ticket?  Tickets will be emailed to you via the email address provided at the time of purchase. If you purchased more than one ticket please ensure you updated your guest details and forwarded the ticket email to them

Can I watch the ceremony online? Yes, we are streaming the ceremony live via YouTube - joining details will be published closer to the event

What is the dress code? Dress to Impress - Please note Troxy is an older building and the temperature can fluctuate throughout the evening

Will you cater for dietary requirements? Pre-booked dietaries will be catered for. Unfortunately, on the night requests cannot be accommodated

Will there be a table plan? Yes, tables are for 10 people and cannot accommodate more than 10. Please don’t expect extra guests to be seated at your table on the night.

Is there a cloakroom? Yes, there will be a cloakroom

Will there be a Raffle this year? Yes, there will be a Rise Awards raffle. Tickets can be bought at your table and paid for by cash or card. All the amazing prizes will be listed in the awards programme

Directions:

BY RAIL - Troxy is 200 metres from Limehouse Station (Zone 2), which is on the DLR and the C2C line from Fenchurch Street Station to Essex. When arriving at Limehouse leave via the Bekesbourne Street exit. You can pick up the DLR line from Bank (Central/Circle/Northern and Waterloo & City lines), Tower Hill (Circle/District Line) and Canary Wharf (Jubilee Line)

BY CAR - Please don’t drive to Troxy, it is a public transport destination and well serviced by TFL. Commercial Road is not a parking paradise. It has red lines, not yellow, so you’ll be clamped, ticketed or towed – all of which will ruin your night out. Drop off and pick up is possible on Caroline Street down the side of the venue.
